We hope you love your product/products as much as we do. However, if this is not the case, we are happy to accept returns. To request a return, please fill out the RETURNS FORM.
Due to us offering a free delivery service, we do not cover any returns.
The purchaser is responsible for arranging return shipping and all associated fees. If you are shipping an item over £30, we advise using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
Returns MUST be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your order within 14 days following your receipt of the goods. Items must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable, re-sellable condition. To request a return, please fill out the RETURNS FORM.
Once we receive your returns request, if accepted, we will be in touch with a returns address. Please note that some products on our website are delivered directly from one of our UK mainland based suppliers and we may ask you to return directly to them or to one of our own Yorkshire based warehouses.
Once received back at a returns depot and inspected, a refund will be issued in due course. Due to us offering free delivery service on orders over £100, we have the right to reserve up to a 20% re-stocking fee of the overall order value of some brands.

You have 14 days from delivery to return for a refund to the original payment source.
Gift vouchers, Made to Order (MTO) products and perishable goods cannot be returned.
Some products are ‘Made to Order (MTO).’ We do not accept returns on made to order products. In the very unlikely case of a damage or manufactured fault to a MTO product, if available we will replace this free of charge. However, if we are unable to replace a MTO product, we will collect it and refund you in full. If a product is ‘Made to Order (MTO),’ it will be written in the delivery information box of each individual products page. Please ensure any damages/manufactured faults are reported within 24 hrs of delivery. Please read our damages, returns policy for more information.
We’re only human, sometimes accidents do happen.
Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on very rare occasions they might arrive with a fault.
We ask that items are inspected at delivery point and returned with the delivery company if damages are noticed. We also encourage to sign for the items as damaged if possible.
We appreciate that you aren’t always able to check the items at the point of delivery and damages can’t always be spotted in full at the point of delivery, so we allow 14 days to notify us of any damages. Outside of this period damages will be deemed too have happened after the delivery event and we will be unable to investigate. We do however ask that you report any damages to us within 24 hours of delivery!

To report a damage please kindly fill out our returns form or send us an email. Pleas include all information with regards to the damaged/faulty item or the claim maybe rejected. We will also require photographs of the damaged/faulty item to move forward with a return.
